Work location: 218 Tran Hung Dao, An Hai Tay, Son Tra, Da Nang

Reports to: CEO

I. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY

• Receive briefs from clients or the Account team.
• Research and analyze products, target customers, brands, media habits, etc.
• Develop proposals and potentially pitch directly to clients.
• Develop ideas, concepts, key visuals, and content direction.
• Create media plans and master plans for brands.
• Build communication plans and strategies for clients.
• Manage project quality and take responsibility for campaign effectiveness.
• Control and execute projects: Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Designer, Production, etc.) for project implementation.
• Monitor, analyze, evaluate, and propose improvements for campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Account team to report project results.

II. WORKING HOURS

8 hours per day (Monday to Saturday)

Morning: 08:00-09:00 to 12:00

Lunch break: 12:00-13:00

Afternoon: 13:00 to 17:00-18:00

IV. REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Graduated in Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related fields.

2. Skills:

• Brainstorming, communication ideation, communication models, content planning, media planning, etc.

• Language/Computer skills: Good proficiency in written English/Vietnamese, flexible.

• Planning skills, logical thinking, creativity, and sensitivity in work.

3. Attitude: Dynamic, professional work style, ability to handle work pressure.

4. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in equivalent positions or in Creative, Branding, Marketing at advertising agencies.
